Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label customer orders according to specifications
- Operate packing equipment (tape guns, labelers, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Verify order completeness against packing slips and system records
- Maintain organized workstations and inventory rotation systems
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily throughput goals
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment issues promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our Commerce District facility
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Availability for 20-30 hours/week (flexible scheduling)
