Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders according to specifications
- Operate packing equipment (tape guns, scales, label printers) efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized workstation and inventory areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Scan and document completed shipments in inventory systems
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Reliable transportation to our Saint Paul facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Availability to work 3-4 shifts per week (evenings/weekends)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
