Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label orders with precision and speed
- Inspect products for quality and verify order accuracy
- Operate packaging equipment (box sealers, label printers)
- Maintain clean, organized workstation and inventory
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Report inventory discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand/walk for 4+ hours and lift 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math abilities for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to our Saint Paul facility
