Responsibilities
- Manage inventory operations using remote-friendly digital tracking systems during shift downtime
- Execute accurate order picking, packing, and shipping for overnight fulfillment
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety protocols
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement remote inventory management solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using digital communication tools
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments with remote verification systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards while maintaining a clean, organized workspace
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for remote-friendly inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating company vehicles)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with remote admin options
