Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packaging equipment and scanners efficiently while maintaining workplace safety
- Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Organize and maintain a clean, orderly packing station
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily shipping targets
- Document packing activities and resolve simple fulfillment issues
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
