Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently per training guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading dock workflows
- Participate in ongoing safety training and compliance programs
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle count processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation training)
