Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label customer orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand scanners, conveyor systems) efficiently
- Conduct quality checks on packed items to ensure accuracy
- Maintain organized and clean workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Process returns and damaged goods per company protocols
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to the Arch Street facility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
