Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging
- Prepare and apply shipping labels, boxes, and protective materials
- Operate packaging equipment (taping machines, label printers) safely
- Maintain organized inventory counts and stock rotation practices
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid California ID required for background check
- Reliable transportation to Commerce Way facility
- Team player with strong communication skills
