Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate packaging equipment (tape guns, scales, label printers)
- Inspect products for quality and damage before shipment
- Scan and track inventory using warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe workstation
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Report inventory discrepancies or equipment issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 4+ hours per shift
