Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand scanners, conveyors) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality before packaging
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Track inventory movements in digital systems
- Collaborate with shipping team for timely dispatch

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with hand scanners
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (4-6 hour shifts)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Nashville facility
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
