Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using handheld scanners
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging
- Operate packaging equipment (tape guns, box cutters, shrink wrappers)
- Update inventory systems in real-time during packing process
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily shipping targets
- Follow safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
