Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise against customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Properly label packages and prepare them for shipment according to safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate standard packing equipment (tumblers, pallet jacks) safely and correctly.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
- Communicate effectively with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning labels.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
