Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to packing lists
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain stock organization
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team to meet nightly productivity targets
- Maintain clean and secure warehouse environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- Flexibility to work 12am-6am shifts
