Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with precision and attention to detail
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following strict safety protocols
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct regular cycle counts
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency during peak hours
- Document inventory discrepancies and report maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn inventory software quickly
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Availability to work 20-30 hours/week on overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
