Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for overnight shipment using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided) to move inventory efficiently
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Inspect products for damage and quality assurance before processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipment discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Document warehouse activities using digital systems and paper logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse, logistics, or relevant experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexible availability between 10 PM - 6 AM (weekends required)
- Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong teamwork skills and proactive problem-solving abilities
