Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming/outgoing shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory counts and conduct cycle checks in designated zones
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team to meet nightly productivity and quality standards
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company security procedures
- Document daily operations and report discrepancies to shift supervisor
- Support facility maintenance and cleanliness initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating equipment)
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
