Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks efficiently.
- Prepare pallets for shipping and organize inventory in designated storage areas to optimize workflow.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure all products meet company and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times, adhering to OSHA regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, cycle counting, and stock rotation processes.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to log shipments and track inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve logistical issues and improve daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail are essential.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification (training provided).
