Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity before shipment
- Maintain organized and efficient workflow in designated warehouse zones
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Update inventory systems and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid California Driver's License (if operating equipment)
- Reliable transportation to our LA facility
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays as needed
