Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing slips and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory in designated zones using barcode scanning systems
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging before shipping
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexible availability for morning/afternoon shifts (20-30 hrs/week)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
