Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and maintain organized inventory storage
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Report inventory discrepancies and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
