Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, carts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory in assigned zones and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
