Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack: Accurately select items from the warehouse shelves and package them for shipment using handheld scanners and packing materials.
- Inventory Management: Verify product quantities and ensure all items are properly labeled and sorted.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging is secure to prevent damage during transit.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe by following all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Equipment Operation: Operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
