Responsibilities
- Unload, scan, and organize incoming shipments with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for same-day shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- OSHA forklift certification a plus (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
