Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select products from shelves based on pick lists and package them securely for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Scan barcodes and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels are up-to-date.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage before packing and ensure packaging materials are used correctly.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and move freely throughout the warehouse.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read pick lists and perform basic calculations if necessary.
- High School Diploma: Or equivalent work experience in a warehouse setting.
