Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging
- Maintain organized and efficient workflow in assigned zones
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hour shifts with frequent bending/lifting
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation training)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Island Drive location
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
