Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and document incoming shipments using warehouse management systems
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment to clients
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting and stock rotation procedures
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification training)
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
