Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to customer orders.
- Verify product quantities and quality to ensure zero errors in fulfillment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, with precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Process incoming shipments and manage inventory logs as required.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to the facility.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
