Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock in climate-controlled facilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment (training provided)
- Inspect goods for damage and ensure quality control standards are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts (Saturdays required)
