Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision for same-day delivery to DC metro clients
- Maintain organized storage zones and perform cycle counts as scheduled
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- 1+ months warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
