Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying quantities and inspecting for damage
- Maintain organized inventory counts and stock rotation in compliance with FIFO standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to our Albuquerque facility
