As a part-time Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly. Whether you are packing orders, organizing inventory, or operating warehouse equipment, your contributions will directly impact our customers' satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (training provided).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to minimize errors, reduce waste, and maximize productivity.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and organization tasks to ensure optimal workflow.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for accurate inventory management.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends as needed.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team setting.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for entry-level roles.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
