Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanning technology
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Load/unload freight trucks while following OSHA safety protocols
- Maintain organized storage areas and clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
