Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and process incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with precision using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Support cycle counts and quarterly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper techniques
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to the Industrial District location
- Ability to work evenings/weekends based on operational needs
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
