Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Load/unload freight trucks with proper safety protocols and material handling equipment
- Maintain organized stock rotation and FIFO compliance in warehouse zones
- Conduct daily cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification training provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Reliable transportation to our Northeast Philadelphia facility
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability for evening shifts (3-11 PM) and weekends
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
