Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily requirements
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Inspect and sort incoming shipments for quality and completeness
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
