Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Organize and maintain clean, orderly warehouse zones following 5S standards
- Process inbound shipments and label merchandise according to company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexible availability including weekends and holiday seasons
- Reliable transportation to our Austin industrial location
