- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
