Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after proper training
- Inspect and sort incoming shipments for quality control and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and staging products for distribution
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
