Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock replenishment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards in warehouse operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Process returns and damaged inventory according to company guidelines
- Support facility cleanliness and organization in assigned work zones
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid state ID or driver's license for equipment operation training
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
