Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Receive and process incoming inventory with quality checks
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and clean workspaces
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - training provided)
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Complete inventory counts and documentation tasks
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours per shift
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to Gibson Blvd SE location
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Forklift certification a plus (not required)
