Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with 99.5% accuracy
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse environment following OSHA standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
