Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Inspect and prepare inventory for storage with proper labeling protocols
- Maintain organized warehouse zones through systematic stocking and rotation
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
- Availability to work 20-25 hours weekly (flexible shifts)
