Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Pick/pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant workstations and equipment
- Perform cycle counts and assist with monthly inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation to our Detroit facility
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Forklift certification (we provide training)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
