Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with precision.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners (RF guns).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
