Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies against purchase orders
- Maintain organized inventory storage and implement FIFO rotation methods
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain company-sponsored training)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
