Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Load/unload shipments and organize storage areas efficiently
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing merchandise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper lifting techniques
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
