Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and shipping
- Train and lead a team of warehouse associates to ensure optimal performance
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliations
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics operations
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
