Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and scan customer orders according to quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand scanners, conveyor belts) safely and accurately
- Maintain organized inventory and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory rotation processes
- Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and push/pull heavy carts
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
