Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Operate packing equipment (box sealers, tape dispensers, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Verify order contents against pick lists to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow safety protocols
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily targets
- Use inventory management software to track order status
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team setting
- Pass background check and drug screening (pre-employment)
