Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with precision and speed
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock management
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and Amazon's 14 Leadership Principles
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company procedures
- Support facility cleanliness and organization standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work in varied temperature conditions (including refrigerated areas)
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
